Dr. Lorraine Gallagher was born in Honolulu, HI and grew up in a military family moving all around the country. She completed her undergraduate degree at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA where she received a BS in Biology. Lorraine attended Temple University Dental School in Philadelphia, PA and earned her D. M. D. Degree. Upon completion of Dental School Dr. Gallagher completed a one year General Residency Program at the V. A. Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Following her residency program Dr. Gallagher accepted a commission in the U.S. Air Force as a dental officer at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. She continued in the Air Force at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. She returned to F.E. Warren Air Force Base in 2001 and entered into private practice in Cheyenne after 7 years in the Air Force. Dr. Gallagher was also a member of the Wyoming Army National Guard for three years.
Dr. Gallagher has held several positions in the Southeast Wyoming Dental Society including President. Currently, as a Cheyenne dentist, she is the ADA deligate for the Southeast Dental Society. Additionally, she is the Vice Chairman of advisorycouncil to the Laramie County Community College Dental Hygiene School. Dr. Gallagher has won several awards including; F.E. Warren Federal Woman of the Year (1997), Spangdahlem Medical Officer of the Year (2000), and received the Pride of Cheyenne Customer Service Award (Mar 2007) from the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce.
Lorraine is married to Joe Gallagher and they have two beautiful daughters Shannon and Kaycee. The family enjoys living in Cheyenne. They love to be outside, hiking, gardening and camping. They have two dogs Bubba and Gracie rescued by the Animal Shelter. Lorraine is an avid cook and baker and enjoys sharing her creations with the office staff. Being that she pays the staff they rave about her cooking. Lorraine has started a new endeavor… bee keeping. She has two hives and has no idea what she is doing but enjoys a challenge.
Stacie Stephens, DDS
Dr. Stacie Stephens was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Growing up, she loved playing soccer, doing gymnastics, traveling to Disney World and going to the dentist! After graduating from Central High School, she attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She also received a minor in Zoology and Physiology, participated in the Honors program, served as a Chemistry teaching assistant and was captain of the UW All-girl Cheerleading squad. (Go WYO!)
After college, Stacie attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry where she earned her D.D.S. degree with distinction. While in dental school, she made the Dean's list by maintaining a high GPA and served as a member of both the American Student Dental Association and the American Academy of Women Dentists. As a senior dental student, she was awarded the American Academy of Periodontology Award which recognizes a student who excels in the field of periodontics. Currently, Dr. Stephens is a member of the Wyoming Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She is very excited to be back home and practicing dentistry in Wyoming.
Dr. Stephens loves spending time with her awesome family, including her fiancé Jake and their fur-baby, an adorable pug-dachshund named Bella. She also enjoys camping at Lake Guernsey, snowboarding, running, cooking, any kind of dancing (but especially line dancing), roller coasters, musicals, being addicted to television shows and Cheyenne Frontier Days.
